Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman for a Business Specialist. The Business Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, creating reports on key business metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, providing excellent customer service and communication with stakeholders, and assisting with other business-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify trends and opportunities
- Experience in developing and implementing business plans
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
