As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for developing BI solutions to aid business stakeholders in understanding their current operational status facilitating more informed daytoday decisionmaking. This role entails collaborating with stakeholders to grasp the key drivers of team performance then working with the technology team to ensure accurate and timely access to data through BI tools crossvalidated against other business sources. • A bachelor s degree in information technology or a related field is desirable.
  
• 5 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis.
  
• Experience interacting with customers or external business stakeholders.
  
• Experience in Sales Market Analysis Pricing Strategy Product Analysis Pricing Analysis and Margins.
  
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets for data manipulation and visualization.
  
• Familiarity with BI reporting tools such as Power BI is highly desirable.
  
• Thorough understanding of data structures and relational models.
  
• Understanding of sales and marketing processes customer service processes and/or the Education domain is desirable.
  
• Ideally candidates will have experience in retail/ecommerce or directtoconsumer business.

• Experience in Pricing and Product Analytics.
  
• Background in Ecommerce or Retail.
  
• Finance background.
  
• Proficiency in Power BI.
  
• Experience with ERP tools (NetSuite is an advantage).
  
• Proactive mindset: Selfstarter able to provide suggestions with aboveaverage communication skills.

• Assisting stakeholders in sourcing data for their analysis.
  
• Applying knowledge of data structures and business processes to ensure factual answers.
  
• Working with software developers to enhance the quality of source data for reporting needs.
