Client Relationship & Sales:
Provide excellent customer service / experience with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
Be Brand Ambassador and able to understand and suggest products and services as per customers needs. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Meet with potential clients and grow longlasting relationships by understanding their needs
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
Track analyse and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
Prepare specific client pitch materials including RFP responses.
Timely and accurate forecasting to build predictable and recurring revenue.
Aggressive sales tactics with strong exposure of working with prominent and highprofile corporates.
Have been successful in building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers establishing large volume & high profit accounts as well as maintaining top and bottomline profitability.
Oversee the revenue and operations of the territory assigned.
Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on weekly monthly & quarterly.
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages uphold company standards of excellence and service guaranteeing quality performance. Maintain & control the churn ratio and collection of revenue to be maintained at par.
Stakeholder management:
Fostering good rapport and seamless coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
Effectively communicating the customer requirements ensuring that all information is accurate between client and operations so that client satisfaction is exceeded.
Managing and maintaining accurate and uptodate data inclusive of deadlines client details correspondence and traces in the assigned sales system.

Competencies and Skill Requirements:
Graduate with minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problemsolving and negotiation
Strong track record of success within key account management ideally within the SAAS / Corporate Gifting industry with proven experience in delivering clientfocused solutions.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
Aptitude to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
