Blades Group LLC is looking for a Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time) Talent Acquisition Specialist to quickly and strategically expand our team. Our rapid growth is dependent on hiring a national salesforce and scaling internal teams to support the influx of business. YOU are the key to spearheading that initiative. Our vision is to have our product in the hands of every city, county, and government entity in the United States and hiring top-tier talent is essential to achieving this goal. You will have access to technologies including candidate sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to continue building upon our established, proven hiring process. Our product is unique, rare, and has a special history dating back over 120 years! it s a story you will be excited to tell and one that easily wins candidates over.

Requirements
- 3+ years experienced hire recruiting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong candidate relationship skills
- Mastery of Candidate Sourcing Systems
- Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Bachelors degree required; Human Resources or relevant course work preferred
