Our client is the leader in currency automation technology and the first local startup in the industry. They help companies around the world transform the way they manage currency.

Since last year they have been growing rapidly and they are now looking for a Business Development Representative to join their international sales team and target the DACH market. You will be a real owner contributing to the success of the company and have great development possibilities.

Are you ready to start the year with a new adventure

Tasks

  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of the solution in your assigned territory through your deep understanding of the companys value proposition
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through initial phone LinkedIn and email contact
  • Conduct effective first discovery and qualification conversations with key decisionmakers (Clevel)
  • Quickly build trust and engagement with prospects by actively listening to their individual cases and try to book an appointment with the Account Executives
  • Record and track effectively your activities with leads through Salesforce (CRM)

Requirements

  • Native level of German Full professional level of English
  • Degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or similar fields
  • A financial background/interest is mandatory. You need to understand the financial market concepts and exchanges
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a salesrelated role. Previous experience in B2B Sales and outbound sales techniques is a plus
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for joining the sales team and the fintech sector
  • Highly energetic and extroverted with good and clear communication and presentation skills
  • Resilient organized and a team player
  • Selfdriven goaloriented handson mindset and willing to roll up your sleeves
