About Company: Our client is a startup network infrastructure company that specializes in providing managed services for infrastructure network management data integrations and application management in Nigeria. The company is seeking a dedicated and resultoriented Business Development Officer who will serve as the key point of contact between the Company and its clients to drive sales and increase the company s revenue.
Job Summary: The Business Development will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and creating marketing strategies based on those opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals. Also s/he would be responsible for generating sales on existing services developing new lines of business ensuring sales targets are met generating leads managing key accounts and monitoring competitors sales activities.
The ideal candidate for this role should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers and demonstrate exceptional communication leadership and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate technical solutions needed to address customer requirements assess customer s met and unmet needs and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the Company.
Identify promising prospects through coldcalling networking and customer referrals.
Ensure that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
Maintain accurate records of the total number of sales made potential and existing customers as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
Analyze sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
Conduct indepth research on competitors products pricing and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of the Company s products.
Meet sales revenue targets.
Build and maintain longterm relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information guidance and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
Bachelors degree in business management or administration marketing or a related field is preferred.
Previous quantifiable experience in Technology/IT Product and Service sales in a similar industry is preferred.
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in businesstobusiness sales.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Strong negotiation presentation and consultative sales skills.

Compensation: N250000.00 monthly net Commission other interesting benefits.
