Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in client organizations.

Meet and exceed sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts.

Negotiate terms and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.

Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client retention.

3. *Market Research:*

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our competitive edge.

4. *Networking:*

Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to build a strong professional network.

Leverage personal and professional connections to generate leads and business opportunities.

5. *Recruitment Industry Expertise:*

Utilize indepth knowledge of the recruitment industry to understand client needs and tailor services accordingly.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of recruitment solutions.

*Qualifications:*

1. Proven track record of success in a commissionbased sales role within the recruitment industry.

2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends.

3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

4. Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work independently.

5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

6. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
