Job Title: Business Development Manager Legal Industry

Location: Sydney or Melbourne

Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience with 3 years specifically selling to law firms

Qualifications: Legal qualification or experience (preferred)

Sales Approach: Solutionfocused sales experience (preferred)

Focus: New business sales experience required

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target law firms and inhouse legal teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers.

Educate clients on the benefits of our AI Matter Management and Extranet solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with our product and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:

Legal qualification or relevant experience (highly preferred).

Proven track record in sales with at least 5 years of experience.

Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the legal industry.

Solutionfocused sales experience (preferred).

Experience in new business sales.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
