Overview:

The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in the growth and success of the organization. This individual is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and driving the companys revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Create and implement strategies to drive business development
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Participate in networking events to expand the companys reach
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Hands on experience with Upwork LinkedIn Sales Navigator email marketing
  • Track and report on business development activities and results
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies
  • Manage the business development team if applicable
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Professional certification in business development or sales is advantageous
