Job Description

- Takes the lead on all sales efforts, for all sales channels covering showrooms sales, retail sales, restaurant sales, second floor venue sales, corporate sales and e-commerce.
- Monitors pricing and dynamic revenue management approach to ensure value integrity is maintained while achieved highest margin for retail, wholesale and corporate sales initiatives.
- Works with showrooms teams for a holistic approach to sales activities and customer service.
- Works with retail sales team on the ground sales penetration plan.
- Works with the retail merchandizer team for a systematic merchandizing plan and approach.
- Works with corporate gifting sales team on a holistic approach to corporate sales.
- Works with the restaurant team on sales drivers for the restaurant and second floor venue.
- Works on solid plan to increase and promote the e-commerce platform.
- Ensures all sales and marketing activities are tracked and generate detailed reports.
- Maintain a customer database and productivity report to ensure current, past and potential clients are identified and potential sales initiatives are organized and effective.
