An exciting opportunity to become a key player of a new groundbreaking health and wellness company. Redmint offers products and services rooted in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) that augment health and transcend your selfcare rituals into a holistic healthy lifestyle from the inside out.

Redmint joins herbal skincare collections wellness remedies holistic health treatments lifestyle events and a bespoke herbal bar within two urban sanctuaries located in the heart of San Francisco.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a selfmotivated individual with a strong cando attitude to join our team. To succeed in the role the candidate must have a passion in sales and business development tasks and deadline driven detailed possess excellent communication and have a strong start up entrepreneur spirits


Responsibilities:
  • Primary responsibility to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive up service revenue as increased appointment bookings and store traffic.
  • Secondary responsibility in identify and pursue new sales opportunities in wholesalers retailers and distributors to achieve product revenues targets.
  • Work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies to promote services products; refine marketing programs to align with sales needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses organizations and local communities of all kinds.
  • Increase company s involvement within the local communities through conducting online research and outreaches to organize instore events trade shows/conferences and other relevant local events.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle with superior customer service.
  • Ability to think critically when planning to assure project success.
  • Responsibilities can be changed from time to time as the business develops and changes; Ad hoc and special projects as assigned

Requirements


  • Strong background in sales and business development: 5 years of experiences in wellness consumer products or retail industry
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Adaptable with creative ways to approach accounts and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast learner able to take direction with minimum supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in profitability analysis
  • Cando attitude with entrepreneur spirits
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads and demands
  • Ability to work independently applying solid judgment and problemsolving skills
  • Flexible adaptable and team player who collaborates well with others
  • Diplomatic and outstanding professionalism able to represent the Redmint in the Community
  • Resourceful accountable and dependable
  • Comfortable with offhours contact and can be available as needed
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; Online research; tech savvy
  • Bachelor s degree required
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 12AM9AM
