Role & Responsibilities:
Should have experience working in pigment / Bulk Chemicals / Dyes / intermediates industry.
Candidate having minimum 3 years of experience in international marketing.
Travel required overseas to meet clients / new lead generation.
Should able to meet sales volume & Ensure receivables are timely collected.
Should have experience in sales presentation and actions plans for potential new clients.
Produce monthly sales report for MIS.
Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance business growth.
Develop Monitor and control distribution network.
Capture new markets through effective sales drive.
Retain existing market share through quality services and relationships.
Should be able to build rapport with client source project.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proven record of hitting sales targets and forging solid relationships in an international sales environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in international business development marketing or sales preferably in the chemical industry or related field.
Any Graduate BE BTech B.Sc. M.Sc. BMS MBA DMM BBA or Equivalent/ Minimum Diploma in Management Required.
Sales background is a must excellent communication skill.
Should be Excellent in Communication with fluency in English (Oral & Written).
Should be Aggressive.
Female Candidate preferred.
Should have excellent presentation skills Interpersonal skill and negotiation skill.
Should be Team Player & Focused.
