Sales/ Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
1. Candidate should have relevant experience in b2b sales. (Candidate preferred
from Alibaba & Indiamart or another b2b marketplace experience).
2. Generate leads through cold calling & data mining etc & identify decision makers
and initiate the sales process.
3. Carrying sales visits acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records.
4. Onsite client meeting within city/region.
5. Understanding the Sales Process and including Prospecting Approaching
Meeting Clients understand customer requirement and prepare and give
presentation as per client needs Handle Objections and close sales.
6. Explain to customers about the Alibaba its features and benefits.
7. Maintain Customer relations
8. Delivering sales target in monthly basis.
9. Individual approach to acquire exporter manufacture wholesale to onboard
them in b2b Marketplace.
10. Local Candidates preferred & should have good communication & presentation
skill.
11. All Interviews will happen over telephonic & Zoom.
Business Development Executive Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree in business marketing or related field.
2. Experience in sales marketing or related field.
3. Strong communication and Soft Skills.
4. Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance be proactive and handle uncertainty.
7. Proficient in Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
