Our client provides clients with a unique onestop shop to help them secure trusted real estate transactions. We invest strategically in highquality real estate assets enabling us to unlock new opportunities for our clients investors partners people and communities. We focus on helping our clients develop acquire invest manage and sell trusted real estate properties in Nigeria. We are looking to hire a Business Development Associate in Lagos Nigeria preferably based in the LekkiAjah axis.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base leveraging innovative strategies to attract forwardthinking clients.
  • Play a key role in the origination of real estate deals working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Assist in building and executing our pipeline of opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and shifts as well as the competitive landscape to inform business development strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on business development goals and strategies fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
  • Regularly report on business development activities and outcomes providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for creating and refining content for our marketing campaigns ensuring it effectively showcases our real estate services and engages potential clients.


Requirements

  • This position is open preferably to female candidates.
  • University degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
  • 1 year or more of relevant experience in business development/sales.
  • 1 year or more of relevant experience in the real estate industry is considered an added advantage.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through to completion.
  • Proven ability to initiate contacts and build longterm relationships.
  • Highly motivated goaloriented and able to work with a team.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Skills in digital marketing are considered an asset.
  • Selfstarter with a handson approach.
  • The ideal candidate must be living around Ajah or Sangotedo Area of Lagos State.
Location Kilometer 24 Beside Lagos Business School Ajah Lagos Island Lagos State.
Work Mode Onsite (MonFri)

Benefits

Remuneration NGN 150000 NGN 200000 (Net).
Benefit Commission on every sale generated.
