- Responsible for Implementing drivers loyalty program
- Responsible for drivers NPS.
- Responsible for tiering and categorizing drivers.
- Designing drivers incentives to increase their lifetime.
- Responsible for drivers focus groups to get drivers issues and pain points
- Setting Actions helping drivers to improve their performance.
- Responsible for creating/implementing drivers engagement Initiatives
- Plan organize and execute business development programs
- Plan organize and execute partnerships for ILLA Store
Requirements
- 23 years of Experience in BD role
- Experience in the automotive section is a plus
- Bachelors Degree faculty of commerce English section.
- Excellent Analytical Skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent MS Office Skills.
