Business Data Analyst

Role Summary:
The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for leading and/or supporting critical Insights
projects/Reports that require the collection cleansing integration and analysis of disparate and sometimes
imperfect data to answer business questions and inform the business. The selected candidate will define the
need with stakeholder input perform analyses with necessary input/collaboration as called for and share
results through dashboards presentations and other means in a consumable manner to technical as well as
nontechnical audiences.

Responsibility :
Perform the tasks assigned by the Team Manager as per the schedule and effort assigned.
Initiate coordinate and support new projects/IT engineering project with global stake
holders.
Drive projects with minimal guidance. Provide thought leadership by researching best
practices and conducting experiments.
Analyze understand the technical requirements and generate project planning documents
preparation of project specific checklists work instructions and compliance of the same.
Conduct data storytelling to stakeholders through rich visualization and presentation.
Able to communicate internally and externally through publication presentations and other
mediums on research progress major breakthroughs and product innovation.
Effectively coach junior data analysts to work through ambiguous issues integrate input
from stakeholders across the company

Preferred Technical Skills:
1. Experience with data sets/ data warehouses including the ability to extract data from data
sets using SQL.
2. Intermediate Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
3. Proficiency in Data Visualization tool Power BI
4. Strong analytical mindset with excellent logical reasoning and problemsolving skills.
5. Background in data analytics business intelligence and reporting.

Qualifications:
Bachelors / Masters degree in computer science or related discipline with 3 to 5 years of
experience (3 Relevant).
Minimum of relevant 3 years job experience and more (in SQL ExcelPower BI).
Good to have knowledge on Python ML & AI.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
