Jira Business Analyst Bangalore

Summary: 67 years Business Systems Analyst experience required.

23 years Project Management experience required. Scrum Master or PMP a plus.

4 years Jira experience required. Administrator experience preferred but not required.

Requirements:

Work with end users on translating vague business requirements into a Business Requirements Document (BRD).

Drive implementation timeline from business requirements definition development and testing to deployment and support/maintenance.

Balance multiple projects and prioritize/reprioritize based off of team capacity and manage scope changes.

Understand and have a strong grasp of the technical environment that supports the team.

Familiar with other ticketing and project management tools and able to do a gap analysis for migration to Jira. Other tools include (Asana Smartsheets Google Sheets etc.)

Consult on Atlassian best practices on how tool can be configured for a process.

Help develop processes and standards in a collaborative way then help socialize and govern/enforce.

Familiar with different project management methodologies. Scrum waterfall Kanban etc.

Be the main point of contact for any given solution and keep projects on track.

Able to work with autonomy and minimal supervision.

Be a contributing member of a team and help drive organizational change to improve processes.

Salary : upto 20 to 25 LPA Depending on Interview and skillset.
