- Understand business needs, write requirement documents and design mock-ups.
- Meet with users, collect requirements, write specifications, design wireframes and transmit information to the programmers.
- Communicate with business stakeholders and leaders.
- Write test cases, implement quality assurance and design sprints.
- Design processes and tools to allow data to be more accurate and more accessible.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
