Context
We are actively seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our clients team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility or commodity trading
environments particularly in Gas Power LNG or related fields with a deep understanding of energy markets. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the systems and processes contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Tasks

Your responsibilities
Industry Expertise:
o Demonstrated experience in a utility or commodity trading environment with
a focus on Gas Power or LNG.
o Indepth knowledge of energy markets and a keen understanding of market
trends and dynamics.
Project Management and Agile Delivery:
o Proven experience in Project Management DevOps and Agile delivery
methodologies.
o Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously work under pressure and
deliver highquality results.
o Familiarity with requirements engineering including gathering requirements
conducting workshops and creating user stories features and epics.
System Flows and Trade Lifecycles:
o Proficient understanding of fronttoback system flows.
o Knowledge of trade lifecycles encompassing both physical and derivative
instruments.
o Ability to analyze and optimize traderelated processes.
Additional Skills (Advantageous):
o Familiarity with Back Office processes.
o Understanding of Gas and Power Operations including systems and processes
for scheduling and nominations.
Communication and Collaboration:
o Excellent communication and organizational skills.
o Ability to facilitate workshops engage with stakeholders and communicate
effectively with both technical and nontechnical team members.
Agile Development:
o Experience in Agile development practices including sprint planning providing
support throughout the development lifecycle and testing.

Requirements

Your profile
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Finance Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar industry.
Certification in Project Management or Business Analysis is a plus.

• A first interview by video conference TEAMS to get to know each other check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
• If you are shortlisted the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.
• After getting all the different information to have a Enovaconsultant collaboration we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team
• If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that we want to propose ideally in our office.
