Business Analyst Product Owner

Essential criteria1. Have previous demonstrated experience working as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst on projects of a similar scale.2. Have demonstrated experience in developing a range of artifacts such as User Journeys Business Process Models High Level Requirements and other conceptual models.3. Have demonstrated experience in assisting IT development teams to break down and prioritise high level outcomes into features and user stories that can be delivered iteratively.4. follow the departments protocols for communication with stakeholders format of documents clearance processes consultation timeframes and security arrangements.5. work collegiately with other contractors and consultants employed by the department and partner agencies6. Experience working with and/or within the Australian Government

Desirable criteria1. Experience in external facing customer systems. Experience in Customer Relationship Management systems. Experience in using Azure DevOps on large scale projects
