- Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be it the customer or end users.
- Collaborates with product owners to determine project scope and vision.
- Conducts meetings to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow and storyboards.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, use cases, wireframes, flowcharts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.
