Working with Tier 1 clients on infrastructure, primary resources, national security, defence and aerospace projects, you and #x27;ll provide consultation, system integration, infrastructure outsourcing and application services.
Business Analyst - Health / GOV / ICT
Department of Health and amp; Aged Care - ACT or Brisbane based.
As a Business Analyst in the Health Business Systems branch, you will work as part of a scrum team to deliver solutions to Health business problems. You will be responsible for populating the product backlog via in-depth investigation and gathering technical and non-technical information. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and use this understanding to determine business requirements for systems. You will use a range of analysis techniques to document detailed business requirements and evaluate options for solution. You will facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and the development team to ensure a common understanding of requirements.
Essential Skills and amp; Experience
At least 5 years recent experience as Business Analyst in Commonwealth environment.
Experience working in an agile software development team.
Successful applicants are required to work from the state office for a minimum of 3 days per week. Remote/flexible work arrangements can be discussed with the specified personnel s manager upon commencement.
Prior to any engagement, candidates will have to provide evidence of:
security clearance (minimumBASELINE),
police check (not older than 6months),
non-disclosure agreement (signed),
Conflict of Interest (signed), and
Proof of citizenship (if born overseas).

1. At least 5 years recent experience as Business Analyst in Commonwealth environment using a range of analysis techniques such as user journeys, use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria, process mapping, process flow diagrams. (40%).
2. Experience facilitating workshops between technical and non-technical stakeholders. (25%)
3. Experience working in an agile software development team.(25%).
4. Bachelor s degree in Business, Business administration or a relevant information technology field.(10%).
