Top Skills & Years of Experience:
o 5 years of experience acting as SCRUM Master for development team.
o 5 years of experience writing test plans and use cases.
o 5 years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
o 3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps and utilizing its functionality.
o Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask efficiently.

Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate.
Duration: 1 year with possible extension.
Onsite: Only currently local candidates (within a commutable distance) will be considered. Hiring manager is not interested in candidates who would need to relocate to accept role. Position will be hybrid onsite 2 days a week.

The Business Analyst 3 position will work as a contract resource for the State of Michigan Department of Technology Management and Budget (DTMB) supporting multiple projects for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
The resource will act in ScrumMaster and BA roles for various inflight projects including Software as a Service solutions vendor supported systems and custom web applications. This resource will serve as a liaison between DHHS business partners and development teams gathering requirements from the business users facilitating meetings writing user stories and developing test plans and cases.

Daily Scrum
Sprint Planning
Backlog Grooming
Sprint Reviews
Sprint Retrospective
o 5 years of experience acting as SCRUM Master for development team.
o 3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps and utilizing its functionality.
o 5 years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
o 5 years of experience writing test plans and use cases.
o Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
o Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Technical background with ASP.Net web development a plus
