Job Description for Business Development Executive:

Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team in Noida. As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for:
- Requirement gathering for web and app development projects
- Understanding the software/applications products and services of Webkul and its functionalities for personalized explanations to clients
- Handling presales and postsales queries through various communication mediums
- Managing ongoing projects and acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Assigning technical queries/issues to the respective departments
- Preparing comprehensive user guides for Webkuls products and services
- Attending seminars and conferences for product promotion
- Conducting market research
- Exploring new partnerships for the organization
Candidate Qualifications:
In order to qualify for this role you must have:
- B.Tech/B.E MBA PGDM BCA BBA (Technical Background preferred)
- 01 years of experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience in technical project requirement gathering and client meetings
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Knowledge of web and app end technology
- Observation skills for understanding technical workflows
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms (Magento Opencart Shopify etc.)
- Basic knowledge of tech stacks (PHP React JS Android iOS etc.)
