- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry
- Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent creative and design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate brand messages to various stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and insights
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for branding, marketing, and staying up-to-date with industry trends
