    Bank of Jordan, one of Jordan's leading financial institutions, is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Branches and Departments Follow-up Clerk to join our team. As a Follow-up Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our branches and departments by closely monitoring and coordinating various tasks and activities.     Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track the progress of tasks and activities within the branches and departments
  • Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure effective communication and cooperation
  • Prepare reports and summaries of branch and department activities
  • Identify and report any areas of concern or improvement
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes or initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in relevant meetings and provide support as needed
  • Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of banking operations and processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
