The Role:

As the Operations Manager at our branch you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our rental vehicle services. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals ensure the efficient functioning of the branch and uphold our high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daytoday operations of the branch including vehicle allocation scheduling and maintenance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Executives (CSE) to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve branch performance.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute branchspecific business strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local repair shops insurance companies and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management preferably in the automotive or rental industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
