Experience Required3to5 years.

Job Role

Increase AUM Net Sales and Market Share of banking organization at the Branch.

Channel management across IFA s National Distributors and Banks

Team Management and development of sub ordinates

Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch.

Monitoring the servicing of clients with regards to their payments redemptions and specific queries.


Knowledge & Essential Skills:

Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to insure healthy shares in the region.

Relationship skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors. Indepth knowledge of MF industry products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)

High Enthusiasm & Aggression

Team Managing Skills

Pleasing personality & an excellent communication skill.

Qualification:

Fulltime Graduation.

MBA preferred.


Certification:

NISM V A is mandatory.


Remarks:

A person with experience of handling IFAs and NDs in terms of large numbers would be preferred.

A person with experience of handling Retail Channel would be preferred.
