- Allocate Bank / Credit Card Transactions
- Do Payroll (fortnightly / weekly)
- AP/AR reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Create reports for Clients from Software (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Analytics and comprehension of GST concept
- Support Email monitoring and response
- Basic Client Communication if required
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping handling the Australian market Knowledge and understanding of Australian Accounting standard Must be trained in MYOB Business/Essentials & AccountRight, XERO, & QuickBooks Must understand the GST concept and basic knowledge of business operations in Australia Able to Use DEXT for receipt allocation
