Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Sydney AU Time or 6:00 am to 2:00 pm PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BOOKING AGENT/VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities as Booking Agent/Virtual Assistant would be:

Interact with customers via phone email and live chat through the system to book all servicing appointments and requests for the client s lift business ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Provide accurate information about available services packages and booking options.
Enter and update booking details in the system ensuring data integrity.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of booked services.
Handle modifications cancellations and rescheduling requests following established procedures and address customer concerns and complaints aiming for resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to convey special requests preferences and unique circumstances related to bookings.
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions transactions and booking details.
Identify potential issues in the booking process and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications as Booking Agent/Virtual Assistant:

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant Customer Service role or a related field.
High level of organizational and administrative skills.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in using booking software and CRM systems.
Detailoriented with excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Problemsolving skills with a customercentric approach.
Coachable mindset and eagerness for continuous improvement.
