Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients industry trends and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze data to develop insights and create strategies for business expansion.
  2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify and qualify leads through various channels including networking cold calling and online research.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key industry partners.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions.
  4. Proposal Development and Presentation:

    • Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations to showcase the companys products or services.
    • Conduct presentations to potential clients addressing their needs and demonstrating how the company can add value.
  5. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
    • Ensure timely closure of deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Collaboration with Crossfunctional Teams:

    • Work closely with marketing product development and other teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
    • Provide feedback to enhance products or services based on client interactions.
  7. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
    • Provide regular updates on business development activities and progress against targets.
  8. Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

    • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
    • Use insights to adjust strategies and ensure the company remains competitive.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
