BI Manager

Role:

• coordination with vendors (Verifi/TCS) including contracts and cost/budget
• all aspects of maintenance (non technical)
• incident &.Problem Mgt (process and non technical)
• change Mgt. including driving the process of this
• internal coordination and communication
• the middleperson between the business and development

Essential requirements:

• Management of business requirements and user stories in a development backlog
• Analytical skills to support decision making
• Very good communication skills
• Very good language skills: English
• Experience working in a software development environment
• Experience working with DevOps or similar processes
• Experience working with ITIL or similar processes
• Insights in Power BI & Azure is an advantage
• Project Management skills are an advantage

• Experience from managing advanced BI solutions in an mature IT landscape.
• Experience from supplier management and performance followup of outsourced contracts.
• Experience from crossdepartmental coordination between business stakeholders and IT
• Experience from business modeling
