Job Description
- Leading BI dwh and enterprise teams and build strong KPI’s and objectives to area to achieve BI team SLA and KPI’s and maintain company revenues and services availability
- Ensure providing effective support and problem solving to Vodafone Enterprise applications and services
- Ensure applying the Monitoring, support, solving and proactive actions to maintain services availability, performance and ensure the that closing, trade and daily reports will be available on time
