- Study compensation and benefits programs trends and developments in different regions.
- Participate in the Group salary structure, remuneration policies and oversee the variable pay systems within the Group.
- Prepare / review data for participation in remuneration surveys and benchmarking studies in the pharmaceutical and general industry.
