Beauty Area Manager Role

Our Client is currently seeking a talented and passionate Area Manager to over see 15 stores in retail operations training of new employees and to work close with retail managers on completing sale strategies to ensure all goals are being reached in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of beauty advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals.
  
• Business Development: Drive sales growth and profitability through effective store operations and strategic initiatives.
  
• Training and Development: Coach and develop team members to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure our stores represent the vibrant and playful Benefit brand through captivating displays.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in an Area Manager role preferably in cosmetics or beauty.
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Passion for cosmetics and a keen eye for beauty trends.
  
• Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving sales and achieving targets.
