Backend Developer TL

• Design and implement efficient backend services using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
• Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Design and implement data storage solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.
• Maintain code quality organisation and automatisation.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
• AWS/GCP experience: Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments ensuring high availability and scalability.

• Minimum qualification: B.Tech or Engineering degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 24 years of experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on Python and Django.
• Strong understanding of the Django framework ORM templating forms and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (like JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3) is desirable.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorisation between multiple systems servers and environments.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
