BACK-END DEVELOPER

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join us in a green field project tasked with developing and maintaining our platform. Your main responsibility will involve building REST APIs for our backend services. Youll collaborate within a stellar engineering team focusing on various layers of the infrastructure. Commitment to collaborative problemsolving and producing highquality software is crucial. This presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to brand and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software and related services
• Collaborate with a team to define design and deploy new features
• Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs
• Assist in maintaining code quality and organization

Skills:

• Strong experience in designing and implementing REST API providers and consumers
• Good grasp of Clean Architecture principles
• Demonstrable understanding of secure software principles
• Testdriven development or experience with testing methodologies
• Detailed understanding of general database workings particularly MySQL
• Proficient understanding of Git and Docker containers
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• A BS/MS degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field would be great but not required
• Previous experience in the Finance sector would be advantageous but not mandatory
• Understanding of multiprogramming (routines) would be a plus

It would be beneficial if you also have experience with:

• Interaction with payment providers (credit card and others)
• Previous work in the financial sector
• Basic Linux system administration skills
• Docker / Kubernetes / Gitlab
• AWS Cloud services
• Eventdriven architecture Kafka
