Job Description: We are searching for a Growth Marketing Specialist focused on B2B marketing to enhance our clients digital presence. This role is crucial for managing and improving the digital interface of a dynamic company in the luxury goods sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement across digital channels.
• Craft and distribute impactful eblasts using Mailchimp while analyzing performance data to refine strategies.
• Manage our social media accounts ensuring frequent and relevant content that aligns with our brands voice and goals.
• Standardize and enhance website imagery and graphics ensuring a uniform appearance in all visual content.
• Design visually appealing images for new product bundles contributing to an attractive and cohesive online catalog.
• Collaborate with brand partners to uphold brand integrity and cohesiveness in all marketing materials.
• Maintain active communication with internal teams and external partners to synchronize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in digital marketing particularly in B2B environments.
• Expertise in graphic design and photo editing proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experienced with Mailchimp and familiar with other digital marketing tools.
• Exceptional communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Access to highspeed internet to efficiently manage and execute digital tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fastpaced setting.
• A creative and analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  
  Work hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM EST (New York Time)
