The Automotive Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of automotive products through the management of manufacturing processes including plastic injection electronics and paint in compliance with client standards and regulations. They will lead a team ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering or related field 10 years of experience in a similar role fluency in English leadership skills certification in Lean Manufacturing and experience in the automotive industry.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to create engaging and interactive training content. Proficiency in training software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
