Automation Test Lead

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the automation testing team to ensure the successful delivery of automated testing solutions.
• Develop and implement automated test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define automation test strategies and best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot automation test issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Review and analyze automated test results providing insights and recommendations to enhance test efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct regular assessments of the automated testing process and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in automation testing.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to automation testing team members.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies within the automation testing processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in automation testing and test management.
• Demonstrated expertise in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium Cucumber or Appium.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or JavaScript.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in automation testing or test management.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
