Strong automation framework and solution developer who can work independently

[Primary Skills]:

Good working experience & knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (Python, Java, C++ etc.) & standard test frameworks (like pytest, unittest, CppUint, GoogleTest Framework etc)
Hands on experience with designing and developing automation frameworks for various requirements
Good experience & knowledge in web/mobile application automation & related tools/packages (like selenium, Playwright, Appium or other alternatives)
Good exposure to different testing methodologies & QA exposure
Hands on experience in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, pipelines and dockers
Knowledge of Devops/GitOps
Primary behavioural Skills Expectation:

Lead and drive automation solutions as per need/request from different testing team
Understanding the technology, test target and processes involved
Design and Develop automation frameworks and PoCs
Measure and track KPIs for the tasks under your leadership
Technical support to the team to achieve the quality deliverables.
Train the team and new joiners on the Domain, Process and Tools
