Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety of all machines to avoid risks of accident
• Complete engineering design, testing and commissioning of facility instrumentation and control systems.
• Perform engineering tasks using established procedures; equipment selection, schematic design, system layout, cost estimation and system documentation.
• Automation and SCADA project planning, scheduling and budgeting based upon project commissioning and start-up schedule.
• Insure accuracy and reliability of instrumentation, SCADA, control and safety systems.
• Generate system automation network drawings.
• System testing and troubleshooting of control programs
• Provide guidance and training assistance to Technician
• Develop programs and hardware that are going to be used in the production and manufacturing processes.
• Aware of plastic injection machines troubleshooting including robots.
• Commitment with QHS policy, procedures , and work instructions
