Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
Coordinate via phone and email affiliate requested moves, adds and changes of ATM equipment by working directly with vendors, property management, and IT to facilitate the process
Manage ATM maintenance projects, such as screen changes, stamp increases, bank conversions, etc.
Update ATM applications as required
Facilitate virtual meetings with vendors, track and provide problem resolutions, service agreement issues, and branch/operations updates
Provide troubleshooting to branch network callers and dispatch vendors for hardware/software issues
