- Handle full-cycle recruitment process and directly recruit junior to mid-level positions; develop candidate rosters, employ traditional and innovative sourcing strategies, actively network and employ innovative, creative recruiting methods to find competent and organizational fit candidates and prospect for new opportunities.
- Form and maintain a collaborative relationship with key internal teams at global, regional and country levels including country program HR staff and Recruiting Teams, Regional Teams, Regional Management Team, Partners, Universities, peer agencies, and private sector, etc. to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
- Utilize local job boards in countries, support in social media initiatives and apply innovative sourcing methods to support recruiting objectives. Develop and release job postings on a platforms, such as social media and job boards.
- Take on recruiting initiatives to support the human resources strategy while guaranteeing adherence to local labor regulations and donor requirements
- Provide an efficient and high-quality experience for every candidate from application stage to offer. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview and manage candidates throughout the selection process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation, including a robust reference and background checks.
