Associate Quality Engineering

• Test software products and services across various platforms and technologies.
• Identify, document, and report software defects and issues.
• Suggest solutions and improvements to identified problems.
• Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Stay updated with new testing tools and best practices.
  

What we look for:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Ability to design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases and scripts.
• The candidates must be able to express themselves verbally and in writing in English. Please note that all phone and in-person interviews will be conducted in English.
• Ability to use testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, Load Runner, Postman, etc.
• Experience with bug tracking and reporting tools like Jira, Bugzilla, etc.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile APPS and web App testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting quality procedures, and presenting findings.
