Role and Responsibilities:We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Associate Manager to join our team. The Associate Manager will be responsible for collaborating with clients and partners to develop and implement HR strategies policies and initiatives. The role involves leading and managing key HR functions including talent acquisition performance management employee relations and compliance. The Associate Manager will also play a pivotal role in driving organizational development and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their HR needs and deliver customized solutions
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organizations objectives
- Lead endtoend talent acquisition processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding
- Oversee performance management and appraisal processes to drive employee engagement and productivity
- Provide expertise and guidance on HR policies procedures and compliance matters
- Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution initiatives
- Implement and lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Conduct regular HR audits and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
