This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Managing employee records & reports.
- Assisting with onboarding processes.
- Very good experience in Excel functions like Pivot, Vlookup, hlookup, among others and data clean up
- Maintaining, managing, and updating the database.
- Liaise with all new joiners to establish the connection & help them assimilate faster into the organisation.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain employee files and records
- Support in organising different events.
Job Location - Work from anywhere (with regular travel to Bengaluru)
