Associate Consultant Consultant Knowledge Management

Responsibilities and Work tasks
You will deliver projects that provide support to leading Swedish companies in their international
business development and expansion. Duties include supporting our clients growth strategies by
participating in diverse consulting assessments (e.g. market entry feasibility studies sector analysis
partners search stakeholder analysis and management) and promotion activities (e.g. support in
driving platforms initiatives trade delegation and exhibitions). It will often include arrangement of
and participation in business meetings between clients and local actors.
In addition you will answer exportrelated questions from Swedish companies or stakeholder. Our
relevancy with clients depends on our ability to bring new market insights indepth market analyses
and a bestinclass strategic consultative advisory.
Our projects mainly cover India and the South Asia region although we often work in crossmarket
projects with our colleagues in the other APAC offices.
Qualifications Competencies and Personal characteristics
Who are we looking for
Management consultant or within business development working experience for at least 5
years or more
Interest in business development and internationalization
Experience from sales of advisory services
Ability to interact with both government and private sector stakeholders and as an individual
you are resultsoriented analytical and adaptable
Experience from running long term programs and projects with multilayer deliveries and
complex role structures
Social and teamworking skills are highly valued as well as passion for growing Sweden and an
ability to handle new challenges

Businessoriented mindset with a positive can do attitude and strong selfmotivation.
Excellent organizational communication and problem solving skills as well as an ability to
handle multiple priorities
Formal Qualifications
Higher academic degree probably a Master of Science in Business Administration or/and
Engineering
Analytical adaptable independent hardworking and curious with good communication skills
A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English is a requirement
