For our client a prestigious swiss private bank in Zurich, we are looking for a talented Assistant to the Sub-Region Head & Senior CEE Management.
Tasks
- Manages diaries, books meetings, assists with events preparation
- Prepares for business trips, organising travel
- Supports management in ppreparing presentations
- Maintains client contact frequency, updates records
- Ensures compliance with internal regulations, e.g. documentation
- Organises team meetings, takes the minutes and follows up on action points
- Acts as first point of contact: Deals with enquiries, resolves where possible and processes requests
- General Business Support & Controlling tasks, like: supports Senior Management &Business Support in controlling tasks and other general Business Support matters
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship
- 4 - 5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a Bank
- Awareness of global financial markets and current affairs
- Solid PC skills (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes)
- Able to work accurately, even when under pressure
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in departmental / inter-departmental processes and issues, develops solutions
- Energized & high can do attitude
- Able to work on own initiative
- Friendly, open personality
- Service-orientated and discreet
- Team-orientated
