Responsible for managing and assessing performance of the entire security personnel.
Responsible for training on Fire/ Evacuation Response Plan including practical firefighting at the hotel.
Implement, develop and continue all training on Outside Threat Response Plans.
Create and develop security policies and procedures for the security department, oversee all necessary training modules and procedures for security staff and provide protection to important persons when necessary.
Monitor and report accidents that happened within the hotel premises, Inspect all areas for safety and fire hazard and file reports on safety precautions.
Responsible for conducting internal investigations when necessary. Providing courteous service, managing the schedules of security personnel and tracking their attendance.
Implement, develop and continue Crisis Management Plans.
Assist and liaise with Engineering and Police on Crime Prevention.
Responsible for upholding all security procedures and policies regarding outsourced outlets.
Ensure Security team has updated training safety programs in place
Maintain all Policies and Procedures and Local Standard Operating Procedures
Present Security and Safety presentation at Colleague orientations
Participate in all Health and Safety meetings and be a permanent member of the Health and Safety Team
Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the Security Department
Liaise with Government authorities and be familiar with all regulations
Control all security shifts professionally and responsibly
